Well no, not really. Now it's time for another rambling blog from yours truly.
We've had a recent development David at Blog Eight has taken up the daily blogging challenge. Good luck David, may your useless ramblings continue to clutter up space on the internet! (I say that in the nicest possible way of course).
Right now I'm at uni, preparing for cabbage-GIS. I'm so lost in this class. The lectures have nothing to do with the practical labs and so I'm here for the remedial session that should be starting in about 13 minutes. To put it nicely, I'm so lost I have no idea what questions to ask!
After a year and a half of living here, I finally have something nice to say about Auckland. I know, I must be mad, but I'm completely in love with the train system. It's fast, it's clean, I can get a seat to myself most days, I occasionally get a ride for free - the train is awesome. Oh, and it's cheaper then the bus. Since moving to Mt Wellington I've slowly been becoming lazier. I have the opportunity to sit on my ass all day and I take it. The train station however, is further from my house then the bus station so by taking the train I even get more exercise! I'm not even going to pretend that I'm going to walk from Britomart to uni via Albert Park (that's what the free bus is for) but I've got no problems weaving my way down to Britomart via Queen Street at the end of the day.
Also I like Britomart, it's pretty and it's big and it's underground and it's just freaking awesome.
Conclusion: Viva la Train!
